The CST (Community Support Team) provides case management services, crisis intervention, skills training, documentation within required timeframes, individual counseling, family counseling, medication monitoring, meetings attendance, and other duties to meet client needs. The Team Lead position is responsible for the clinical management of the Community Support Team caseload, providing therapeutic services for clients and clinical direction and consultation for the team. Duties include managing a caseload, providing regular clinical consultations for team members, assisting with dispositions for clients in crisis, completing documentation within specified time frames, providing training, quality assurance, staff supervision, administration, and attendance at required meetings. Qualifications
Master degree in counseling, psychology, social work or another related field. Illinois clinical license preferred (LPC, LSW) with QMHP Designation within 1 year. Ability to supervise and communicate clearly verbally; write concisely and legibly. Skill in counseling, editing, evaluating, influencing, organizing, planning, and applying good judgment. Ability to establish rapport quickly; ethical conduct; ability to follow written and oral instructions; effective writing; and ability to work as a team member. Valid driver’s license; ability to be insured by Rosecrance. Responsibilities
Work hours as prescribed; additional hours as necessary for responsibilities assigned. Provide oversight and direction to community-based intervention and support team. Provide clinical consultations to team members. Complete requirements for review and signing of all clinical documentation. Engage families into treatment services while allowing staff to focus on individual treatment. Ensure that individual and group census numbers align with required fidelities. Provide individual, group and family counseling; crisis intervention as needed. Comply with corporate compliance program and code of conduct; align with Rosecrance mission, vision, values, and expectations. Deliver exceptional customer service; serve as a role model for staff, clients, and customers; participate in related responsibilities as assigned. Schedule
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm Shift: 1st; pre-scheduled on-call shifts Work Location: Rosecrance – Crystal Lake, IL. Work Mode: Onsite. Compensation & Benefits
