Coordinator II, Logistics

Job Purpose The Logistics Coordinator provides strategic support to our operations, shipping and sales teams. Processes orders by entering sales order data into an ERP system and oversees cycle of order fulfilment to final shipment to customer. Key Job Elements Enters sales orders into an ERP system; Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of inventory locations, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions; Monitors work in process; Receives purchased items, compares to PO for accuracy and enters items into LN accounting system; Collects finished good production numbers and enters into LN accounting system; Assists external visitors and truck drivers with permit collection and shipping paperwork being completed for loads. Education / Training HS Diploma or GED, or a combination of related work experience and education; Qualifications and Experience Experience in inventory scheduling and ordering within an ERP; Prior experience in a customer service role supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment; Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project.
