As our Product Catalog Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity, consistency, and optimization of our online product listings. You’ll ensure every firearm, part, and accessory is correctly entered, categorized, and displayed to meet company standards and enhance the customer experience. Your precision and attention to detail will directly influence how customers discover and interact with our products, driving both visibility and conversion across our online platforms.

What You’ll Do Every Day

Manage and update product listings, including titles, pricing, specifications, descriptions, and images.

Apply consistent formatting, categorization, and naming conventions across all listings.

Verify product data accuracy using manufacturer and supplier information.

Audit catalog content regularly to maintain accuracy and compliance with internal standards.

Ensure all listings meet SEO and content guidelines for optimal search performance.

Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to support new product launches and catalog updates.

Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline catalog management and data accuracy.

What You Bring

Basic understanding of firearms, parts, optics, and accessories.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and import tasks.

Excellent written communication skills and consistency in data entry.

Ability to work full-time on-site in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For

Prior experience managing or maintaining large online product catalogs.

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce.

Experience applying SEO best practices to product listings.
