Warehouse crew members are responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading/off-loading trucks, pallets and shelving products, and maintaining accurate inventory records. They must follow incoming and outgoing delivery protocols, safely assist team members with shipments, and may drive company vehicles to and from show sites.
Essential Job Functions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Prepare loads by organizing gear and reviewing pull sheets and prepping equipment
Support quality control and gear check-in and check-out processes
Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to the manager
Help load/unload deliveries and follow proper invoicing protocols
Inspect all incoming shipments and follow receiving protocol
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move gear as needed
Participate in a warehouse on call rotation with other employees
Adhere to warehouse safety protocols and participate in safety meetings/inspections
Demonstrate professionalism and collaborate effectively in a team setting
Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Follow all company policies, procedures, and directives
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Valid California driver’s license with clean DMV record
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred:
1+ year of warehouse experience
Familiarity with inventory systems (e.g., Flex)
Familiarity with or interest in lighting, audio and/or video equipment and basic signal flow
Proficient in load in/out procedures
Knowledge of security and safety protocols
Experience operating equipment and machinery (e.g., forklift, pallet jack)
Forklift certification
Ability to drive a 26’ truck
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift, push/pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks with minimal sitting
Must be able to lift and transport equipment or materials weighing 50 lbs. or more unassisted
Work in various climates and in/outdoor conditions including warehouses, venues, and offices (e.g. noise, dust, weather)
Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move items around
Go up and down stairs, ladders, and scissor lifts when applicable
Travel Requirements
Travel is estimated at 5% with frequent weekend and after hours commitment required.
