Eastern Pennsylvania Transportation Lead
to serve the vital function of positioning the company as the leader in transportation engineering. The candidate will succeed using past experience working with PennDOT, the PA Turnpike Commission, and/or other Eastern PA transportation clients. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff and document production, monitoring budgets and schedules, marketing new clients, preparing proposals, and interfacing regularly with existing clients. Project design and project management consulting experience, an in-depth background in the design of highways and/or bridges, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Candidates must have the ability to market and sell services, lead and manage engineering staff on multiple projects, and be profit and growth oriented. The ability to manage and supervise design teams and interact well with client management teams is essential. A strong understanding of MicroStation and InRoads/OpenRoads is required. Experience with other software utilized in the design of highways and bridges is a plus. Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Masters is preferred Registered Professional Engineer in PA 10+ years of experience in highway or bridge design Experience should include; Horizontal and vertical alignments Drainage, E&S, and SWM design Traffic engineering Structures Strong understanding of MicroStation and InRoads/OpenRoads Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record Don't meet every single requirement?
