Responsibilities
Design circuits, including reliability analysis and testing.
Develop theoretical models, simulations, and prototypes.
Collaborate frequently with RF, mechanical, embedded, manufacturing, and supply chain engineers.
Drive the PCB design process and lead product design reviews.
Ensure design for global standards and regulations.
Develop technology for Lutron’s world‑class manufacturing plants.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned.
0–3 years’ experience in a related field.
Willingness to travel 5–10% of the time for inter‑office collaboration and site visits.
