Responsibilities
Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts.
Inform key stakeholders of the status of the project by producing regular progress reports.
Forecast monetary needs for the project and accurately manage the budget.
Comply with all best-practice health and safety standards to prevent injuries and slowdowns at construction sites, and promptly report any safety regulation issues.
Coordinate all construction timelines and operations into an intuitive plan so the team is on schedule to meet deadlines.

Manage multiple residential remodels, giving you a dynamic and varied workload that prevents monotony.
Coordinate field activities, schedules, budgets, and change orders using JobTread, enhancing your project management and organizational skills.
Lead weekly project meetings with clients, designers, and trade partners, developing your leadership and communication abilities.
Oversee daily activities to ensure safe, organized, and efficient jobsites, contributing to a positive and productive work environment for everyone.
Act as primary point of contact for homeowners, building strong client relationships and ensuring their happiness.
Address questions and concerns promptly, showcasing your problem‑solving skills and dedication to excellent service.
Uphold AD+R’s standards of respect, cleanliness, and professionalism on every jobsite, contributing to a positive brand image and smooth workflow.
Conduct pre‑construction and completion walk‑throughs with clients, giving you a full view of the project lifecycle and client interaction.
Reinforce trust and satisfaction through consistent, proactive communication, key to building lasting client relationships and your professional reputation.
Develop and maintain project schedules in JobTread, honing your planning and organizational expertise.
Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and trade partner scheduling, giving you a comprehensive understanding of project logistics.
Conduct quality control inspections and confirm adherence to plans and specifications, ensuring a high standard of work and developing your eye for detail.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of residential construction or remodeling experience.
Strong carpentry knowledge, both rough and finish.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Proficiency with JobTread, Google Workspace, and mobile communication tools.
Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Compensation $80,000 per year.
