What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Perform complex billing activities and manage daily invoicing
Generate and review daily invoicing queue to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Provide assistance to internal and external customers to resolve invoicing requests
Assist with month-end closing and annual audits while maintaining SOPs related to billing
Seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in billing operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required
3-6 years of related experience in a cross-functional team collaboration
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with the ability to meet critical deadlines in a high-volume environment
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with NetSuite/SalesForce is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Quick learner with strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
Experience in handling customer interactions in stressful situations
