Base Salary: $130,000/yr – $400,000/yr (total earnings $200k-$350k+). Performance bonus based on division net profit.

Position Summary
– Senior leader of Loveland operation, CEO of division. Drives growth in industrial automation, controls, electrification, oversees delivery of custom engineered solutions, leads high‑performing team.
High school or GED (Bachelor’s preferred)
3+ years P&L management, high sales growth, preferably industrial automation
Proven leadership, people skills, to help employees learn, grow, succeed
Valid driver’s license, good MVR
In‑depth understanding of instrumentation, controls
Modern management techniques
Meet sales targets, production goals
Familiarity with oil & gas regulations, electrical contracting requirements
Excellent organization, results‑driven, customer focused
Leadership & human resources management skills
Oversee all operational aspects of one or more Winn‑Marion office locations
Give direction to all distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales in assigned branch(es)
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
Meet goals and metrics
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to branch personnel
Maintain professional behavior and proper communication
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
Perform other duties as assigned
