Work model On-Site
What you will do
Oversee project documentation to ensure accuracy in subcontracts, purchase orders, payable statements, and financial reporting.
Manage project changes and correspondence, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs, change orders, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor buyout progress and monthly reports to maintain financial transparency and meet profit objectives.
Ensure schedules and budgets align with established financial goals, optimizing project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, providing clear schedule expectations and addressing project needs proactively.
Build strong owner relationships, balancing project goals with customer expectations on schedule, quality, and cost.
What you will need to be successful
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or a related field.
5‑7 years of experience within construction management or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while balancing project demands and leadership responsibilities.
