Project Manager - Richmond, VA Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc. Join our team to manage construction projects in Richmond, VA. The Project Manager will oversee project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Role

The Project Manager manages all facets of a construction program, including development, coordination, and implementation of a program schedule to ensure programs are completed on time, within budget, and ensure or surpass expected quality. Qualifications

4+ years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor Previous experience managing and coordinating multiple projects, subcontractors, and vendors simultaneously Proficient in producing detailed fixed‑price estimates; experience with RS Means or other published unit price books Strong negotiating, resource management, and communication skills Ability to adapt to frequent changes and lead with integrity Effective collaboration and team leadership; basic mentoring of assistant level operations team members Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field desired but not required Responsibilities

Develop and manage budgets; maintain open communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients Ensure delivery order execution aligns with contract requirements; develop and review SOW and negotiate with client and subcontractors Produce estimates, quantity take‑offs, and enter line items into unit price book software Solicit proposals, evaluate, negotiate, and coordinate subcontractor buyouts and site visits Develop and maintain project schedules with superintendents Support business development by engaging potential clients and promoting framework agreements Maintain compliance with Centennial’s HSEQ guidelines and local requirements Travel to project sites as needed; occasional travel required Perform required physical tasks – walking, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds; handle exposure to weather conditions Physical Demands
