Oversee order processing, packaging, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, and storage. Develop and implement fulfillment strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. Coordinate with Project Management, Requisition Engineering, Global Supply Chain, external packager, and customer teams to ensure smooth material flow. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment accuracy, speed, and cost. Oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of materials at packager location and at final installation site. Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or inventory shortages. Resolve issues related to transportation, inventory, or delivery delays. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Lead, train, and develop fulfillment team members. Required Skills & Qualifications
Engineering (mechanical/electrical HTL), or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering or related field. Experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or supply chain management. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Seniority level
