Office Administrator/Executive Assistant

The Office Administrator will support daily office operations in Houston, TX for the energy division of Farmer Holding Companies.
Duties / Responsibilities
Manage agendas, calendars, and appointments for management.
Handle phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
Obtain notary certification or perform notarizations as required.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Support executive leadership with scheduling, communication, and document management.
Coordinate domestic travel arrangements as needed.
Prepare and file documents with tax authorities and government agencies.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and manage general correspondence.
Manage and execute special projects as assigned.
Skills / Expertise
High School diploma required.
Experience as an office administrator/executive assistant.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Positive attitude.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work independently and on multiple projects concurrently.
