Engineers focus on the “how” – translating the product vision into a technical solution that will delight customers by developing code, creating ETL and validation data pipelines. Responsibilities includes: Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other key profiles across the organization. Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation. Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data engineering. In this role we value: 01. Hard skills include: Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and etc. Data Engineering Tools: Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, etc. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Data Warehousing: Experience with data warehousing solutions. ETL Processes: Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools. Database Management: Proficiency in managing and optimizing databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Data Modeling: Ability to design and implement data models for both transactional and 02. Translate product vision Translates the product vision into a digital/technology solution. Has the ability to translate the requirement from the product team and creating a design the meets objective.
