About the Role

Prepares and mixes materials for the work according to specifications, such as mortar, paste, cement and slacking lime

Plans work from blueprints or specifications, estimates and lays out job’s materials

Document all work performed and any materials used

Determines method and sequence of work operation, quality and size of raw stock and hardware necessary to complete the assignment

Perform minor repairs to civil structures, painting, tiling, gypsum work

Repairs or replaces concrete, terrazzo, quarry tile, wall tile, ceramic floor and specialty floors

Assists in erecting barricades and placing warning signals around work sites

Operates sandblasting equipment to smooth or prepare metal, masonry, or similar surfaces

What do we need from you High School

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar capacity
