Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Salary: $100,000-$135,000 DOE + Bonuses

About the Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing commercial construction team and lead exciting clubhouse and amenity center projects across the Houston area.
This role is primarily office-based, focusing on project planning, implementation, supply chain management, and ensuring smooth execution from concept through completion.

What You'll Do
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and schedules
Lead pre-construction reviews and early-stage planning efforts
Prepare submittal packages and coordinate material approvals with architects
Manage material procurement and oversee supply chain logistics
Partner with construction managers to align schedules and resources
Ensure labor and material timelines are met to keep projects on track
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in construction project management
Strong understanding of construction processes and ability to guide vendors/subs on technical details
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and Excel preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, or related field preferred
PMP certification a plus
