About the Role We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Supervisor for our boutique in Venice, CA. As a key leader in our team, you will manage day‑to‑day store operations, drive sales, and cultivate exceptional customer relationships. Working closely with the Store Leader or General Manager, you will implement strategic initiatives to boost team performance, increase revenue, and uphold exceptional guest service standards. Your leadership will inspire the team to create memorable in‑store experiences that reflect the prestige and excellence of the brand. Responsibilities also include overseeing inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment processing, and supporting market‑wide initiatives such as promotional events, activations, and store openings while leveraging technology and systems such as Shopify, Endear, and Slack.

Hourly Pay Range: $21 to $27. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.

Position Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate effectively with teams to achieve both individual and organizational goals.

Foundational experience in retail or customer‑focused roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences; experience in related categories is highly desirable.

Flexibility to accommodate dynamic business needs, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical capability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lb to ensure operational excellence and an elevated customer experience.
