What We’re Looking For We need a high-energy, goal-oriented professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Lead Generation Call Center specialist, you will make hundreds of calls daily, searching for the perfect lead.
Position Overview As a High Call Volume Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll manage 300‑400 calls daily to identify qualified leads, ensuring precision, persistence, and a competitive spirit. This is a results‑driven role focused on meeting metrics rather than customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Make 300‑400 inbound/outbound calls daily, ensuring efficient data verification.
Perform thorough qualification assessments to identify high‑quality leads.
Accurately update and maintain CRM records with attention to detail.
Navigate changing campaigns and procedures while meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards.
Compensation Base Pay:
$13/hr
Attendance Bonus:
Earn an extra $2/hr by working 38 out of 40 scheduled hours.
Performance Bonus:
Earn a $2/hr bonus once you hit 7,000 points weekly; earn an additional $1/hr for every 1,300 points beyond the threshold. No cap on bonuses.
Leaderboard Bonus:
Earn an additional $0.50/hr per record weekly toward your attendance bonus for any of our nine performance records.
Schedule Full-time, 40 hours/week

At least 1 year in a call center or high-volume call environment focused on data accuracy and performance.
Proficiency with computers and CRMs.
Quiet workspace with required equipment: USB headset, computer with Windows 10 or higher, Intel i5 equivalent or better, 8GB RAM, 250GB hard drive, hard‑wired internet (30 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload), webcam for meetings.
Location Remote, accepting applicants from Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Tennessee.
