Role - Business Development Representative Location - Atlanta (Hybrid) Package - Up to $60k Base + $30k OTE About the Role We’re looking for an energetic, driven individual to join a fast-scaling technology company. You’ll be part of the GTM (Go-To-Market) sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales & GTM. This is a frontline sales role with high impact: you’ll be spearheading outbound activities, opening conversations, generating discovery meetings, and laying the foundation for new business growth. What You’ll Do Prospect and engage potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Craft compelling first impressions and spark interest in the company’s solutions. Qualify leads and book discovery calls to hand off to Account Executives. Deep dive into the company’s AI-powered CRM product, becoming a subject matter expert. Rapidly develop your skills in outbound sales, lead qualification, and deal strategy. What We’re Looking For You may be early in your career, but we value mindset over years of experience. From day one, you’ll be visible to senior leadership, own your role, and have mentorship.
