Shamrock and RTS Financial are looking for a Business Development Representative. This entry-level sales position supports, manages, and develops new and existing accounts for RTS Financial. The goal is to understand the fundamentals of sales and account management and develop the skills to transition to a Business Development Associate. Ideal candidates are self-motivated with an outgoing, ambitious and dynamic sales personality. What You’ll Do
Work closely with the sales team to retain and gain new business Effectively present and explain financial products and their value Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on all business Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships and communication Analyze existing client accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Ensure timely delivery of requests and solutions according to client needs Communicate the status of all client relationships clearly and timely Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed Use required processes to maximize performance and align with senior management strategies Participate in strategic planning, including corporate positioning and competitive analysis Assess market potential, pricing and profitability; assist in developing new models Assist in product marketing, including launches, presentations, sales tools, and competitive analysis Refine processes to stay ahead of customers in relevant industries Track metrics for all programs and activities What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of customer service or account management experience Passion to learn and relationship-driven Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office) Highly organized with the ability to multi-task Self-motivated and self-sufficient with the confidence to seek guidance as needed Critical thinking and negotiation skills Attention to detail Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal Bilingual skills not required, but a plus Apply Today
