About the Position Coralogix is a modern, full‑stack observability platform that transforms how businesses process and understand their data. Our architecture powers in‑stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage, enabling comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more. By reducing observability spending by up to 70%, we enhance operational efficiency for customers. Coralogix is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing sales team. Account Managers at Coralogix are essential in meeting customer expectations and helping them utilize their observability data. We seek a hungry, humble, and smart professional with proven technical, customer‑facing experience.

The Account Manager is responsible for retaining customers, ensuring their success, and growing their net dollar retention. They will discover, qualify, develop, and close renewals and expansion opportunities. The role involves proving value propositions through pilots and POCs, negotiating economic and legal terms, and fostering deep technical relationships to evangelize Coralogix’s solution.

Responsibilities

Work with multiple accounts simultaneously, building relationships and expanding the Coralogix footprint within those organizations.

Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet quarterly quota objectives; drive pipeline velocity through customer references, quotes, contract preparation, and execution.

Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Account Executives, and Solutions Engineers to plan, prepare, and execute deals within complex, technical sales cycles.

Analyze customer business needs, identify strategic partnership opportunities, and develop strategies to ensure growth, satisfaction, and retention.

Deliver clear messaging and presentations that communicate the platform’s uniqueness and the problems it solves.

Manage the business aspects of the entire renewal cycle.

Drive customer adoption and usage data, executive relationships, and health metrics; work with Customer Success to proactively address renewal risks.

Educate customers on Observability market advantages and Coralogix’s benefits.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience as an Account Manager in a SaaS company with a focus on cross‑selling and account expansion.

Sales experience with the ability to assess, plan, and actively achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience selling to SaaS companies.

Ability to work in Boston HQ 3 days per week.

Proven prospecting skills to penetrate new business units and close business.

Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business in cloud technologies.

Knowledge and experience in Log Analytics/Monitoring/APM – a big advantage.

Knowledge of Cloud technologies – AWS/GCP/Azure – a big advantage.

Understanding of Monitoring, Log Management, and data analytics – an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Compensation and Rewards

The on‑target earnings range for this role is $150,000 – $200,000.

Our total compensation package includes comprehensive employee benefits for healthcare, dental, and mental health, a 401(k) plan and match, paid sick time, and paid time off.
