The Project Manager oversees the structural design process from inception to construction, handling structural analysis, preparing plans and specifications, and reviewing contractor submittals and RFIs. This role involves problem‑solving, decision‑making, and directing the work of junior engineers and BIM technicians. It coordinates with clients, architects, municipal agencies, and the design team, manages project schedules, forecasts workloads, and handles project communication and documentation. Professional Engineer’s (PE) license.
Minimum 7 years of experience in performing and supervising the design and analysis of mid to high‑rise buildings.
Minimum 7 years of experience utilizing software packages such as ETABS, RAM, RISA, Rhino, PCA and SAFE.
Minimum 7 years of experience with wind tunnel testing process, applying wind tunnel loads to the lateral model, and supplemental damping strategies.
Minimum (Required) Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Extensive knowledge of local and national building codes and design practices.
