What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers, realtors, and builders
Guide clients through loan application, underwriting, and closing
Educate borrowers on diverse loan products and the full homebuying process
Utilize CRM tools to nurture and convert leads
Collaborate with internal teams—operations, underwriting, and marketing—to ensure stellar customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or sales
Proven success in mortgage lending, with strong sales and relationship‑building skills
Passion for helping borrowers, including underserved communities (Hispanic/Latino, Black/African American)
Driven, self‑motivated, and coachable—with a growth mindset
