Job Overview The purpose of this class is to perform skilled administrative work responsible for supporting an assigned program or unit.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma/GED and three years relevant experience in data entry, cataloging, editing, customer service, research, and providing administrative support.
OR an Associate’s Degree with one year of the same relevant experience.
Compensation Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.

Essential Duties
Draft letters, memos, and other documents and correspondence.
Prepare reports and other documents for external agencies.
Assist supervisor with special projects and/or initiatives.
Maintain records and files.
Serve as liaison between assigned program area and the college community.
Develop spreadsheets to enter and track data.
Review and audit section level information on Schedule Forms.
Accurately enter section information into CCBC systems.
Review/audit input for data entry.
Collaborate with program area and operation staff colleagues to ensure section information accuracy.
