Now Hiring: Food and Beverage Manager CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a hotel food and beverage manager for our Four Points Peoria. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of a 150-seat restaurant with a 20-seat bar and a full-service conference center. Maintain property food, beverage, and labor costs for the outlet and establish applicable regulations and policies in all areas of the food and beverage department. Schedule associates, control labor costs, manage ordering and inventories, and adapt to hotel occupancy to ensure flexible scheduling by shift and day of the week. Supervise, train, discipline, and manage promotions, hiring, inventory maintenance and control, and menu cost analysis and/or pricing for restaurant and catering; support labor and cost control on line shifts. Qualifications

Applicant must have no less than 5 years of Food and Beverage management experience working with restaurant, bar, and banquet staff. Must have knowledge of Micros, Toast, Excel, and Word. Additional Information

Knowledge of Marriott Brand hotel reporting requirements. Based on hotel occupancy, flexibility by shift and day of week is required. EEOC employer Background check will be completed on all applicants
