JR-1000026242In this role, you’ll be actively involved in high-impact international PPE tenders, support key commercial initiatives, and collaborate closely with senior leaders & specialists across countries. If you're an ambitious professional looking for exposure, challenge, and the chance to grow within a category that’s shaping the group's future, we’re excited to hear from you.**Mission*** Drive the profitable and sustainable growth of PPE sales across all countries by securing international tenders — both new business and renewals.* Ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement of standard tender and sales processes to boost productivity, enhance customer retention, and increase profitability. Collaborate closely with country bid teams and international account managers (IAMs) to expand market share by promoting global solutions and product offerings.* Critically analyze complex, cross-functional data to develop actionable insights, transforming detailed input into strategic understanding.* Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the commercial and operational excellence framework within the Lyreco Group, supporting long-term business success.**Key responsibilities****Tender management and strategy*** Lead the preparation and coordination of requests for information (RFI) and requests for quotation (RFQ) in alignment with international sales objectives.* Manage and optimize product assortment selections for international tenders, in line with European legislation and under guidance from the SBU marketing department.* Ensure pricing consistency and increase group supplier share of wallet across participating countries.**Supplier and purchasing coordination*** Establish and maintain strong relationships with PPE suppliers to secure competitive purchasing conditions and maximize supplier support.* Influence supplier engagement in both national and international tenders to drive sales growth and reinforce strategic partnerships.**Cross-functional collaboration*** Maintain close, structured communication with internal departments to share market intelligence and support tender success.* Support global sales initiatives through the preparation of commercial documentation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.**Performance monitoring and reporting*** Track and report the progress of international projects through effective funnel management.* Analyze tender activity and conversion rates, presenting insights and best practices to the sales team.* Identify opportunities to enhance commercial and operational performance, proposing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.**Soft skills and competencies*** **Strong analytical thinking**
