Position Summary Provide skilled
speech, language, and swallowing therapy
in accordance with state and federal regulations. You’ll evaluate, plan, and implement therapy programs designed to improve patient communication and swallowing functions.
Responsibilities
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
Current
California SLP license
and
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
or CFY eligibility
Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
