Role Overview

The Procurement Agent II supports the procurement process from quotation to delivery, providing excellent customer service to Project Management and Field personnel. The role involves RFI/RFP/RFQ activities, analysis of quotations, creation and editing of purchase orders, coordination of deliveries, and vendor qualification. Key Responsibilities

Communicate issues, concerns, and opportunities to stakeholders. Resolve material/supplier issues that may disrupt projects. Prepare purchase orders using established procedures and FTI PO/ERP systems. Participate in project start‑up meetings and establish clear bill of materials with customers. Expedite supplier shipments, deliveries, and pickups as appropriate. Apply contract pricing and recommend vendor options to customers. Minimum Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or relevant technical program. 2–5 years of purchasing/buying experience in the electrical industry or related business. Basic knowledge of electrical construction trade and purchasing procedures. Less than 10% travel, limited periodic travel to FTI offices or jobsite locations. Work Schedule

7 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday. Overtime may be required. Benefits
