Solar Panel Installer / Solar Helper – $18–$20/hr – DOE We are currently hiring Solar Installers with 2+ years of experience installing solar panel systems in a commercial or residential environment. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the Newark area.

Solar Installer Duties:
Assemble, install, and secure solar panels on rooftops or ground‑mounted structures
Measure, cut, and mount rails, modules, and racking systems according to layout plans
Connect panels to inverters and perform basic electrical terminations under supervision
Load, transport, and set up materials, tools, and equipment for each job site
Assist electricians with wiring, conduit runs, and system testing
Follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements on active job sites
Solar Installer Qualifications:
At least 2 years of recent experience installing solar PV systems
Ability to work on rooftops and in various outdoor conditions
Basic understanding of electrical systems and hand/power tools
Your own tools and PPE (safety gear)
Ability to read and interpret layout drawings or blueprints is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay: $18–$20/hr depending on experience
Weekly pay
Option to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision, and contribute to 401K
