Are you ready to make a meaningful impact as the welcoming face and voice of a growing financial practice? Studio Wealth Advisory Group , an Ameriprise Financial practice in Rockford, IL, is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—managing calls, scheduling meetings, and ensuring each client’s experience is professional and seamless.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional client service.
The right candidate will also have the opportunity to grow into a client service or planning support role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience: Serve as the first face and voice of the practice—greet clients, answer phones, and manage emails with professionalism and warmth.
Scheduling & Communication: Oversee client scheduling, confirmations, and reschedules, email, and phone.
Administrative Support: Maintain office hospitality, supplies, and overall organization.
Accuracy & Follow-Through: Ensure all scheduling and communications are handled promptly and precisely.
Team Collaboration: Support advisors and staff with administrative projects and client coordination.
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s degree or higher preferred; open to recent college graduates.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative, front desk, or client service role.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, texting, and phone systems.
Mindset: Friendly, dependable, proactive, and client-focused.
Compensation & Benefits
Classification: Non-exempt position.
Hourly Rate: $22–$24 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Paid Time Off: Liberal PTO policy plus all market closures and half-day schedules.
Retirement Plan: 401(k) available through Employee Share.
Health Coverage: Employer covers two-thirds of medical premiums.
Insurance: Life and disability insurance included.
Schedule: Full-time (39 hours per week).
Monday–Thursday: 8:15 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Includes a 30-minute lunch each day.
