Print Production Supervisor
to manage our Riot Department.

Work Hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Summary The Print Production Supervisor is responsible for the production team and the day‑to‑day operations in Riot’s large‑format department. This is a hands‑on role and will require expert knowledge of large‑format equipment – including techniques for the pre‑press, printing, cutting, finishing, stitching, and installation. The supervisory role is to ensure overall customer satisfaction, quality, and top‑notch service on time. The goal of the Print Production Supervisor is to ensure that team members provide, and customers receive, the best service possible.
Ensures that Riot produces and installs high‑end color graphics for some of the world's best‑known brands.
Brings designs to life in exceptional ways, using a wide spectrum of materials to produce high‑quality imagery that creates emotion and inspires action.
Transforms customers’ visions into reality.
Routine, Primary Tasks
Scheduling jobs
Controlling workflows
Ensuring deadlines are met on time
Overseeing and organizing print projects
Ordering products and materials
Keeping the department properly stocked
During slow periods, reducing or selling unnecessary inventory to other service centers
Reviewing work orders to ensure all codes are added before billing
Staying abreast of the latest trends to support our high‑end color graphics
Training team members
Holding daily huddles
Keeping the department well organized
Scheduling weekend work when necessary to avoid backlog

Be a proactive self‑starter with a great attitude and work ethic.
Facilitate efficient, quick changeover from job to job.
Operate in an efficient, process‑oriented manner to save costs for the client and the company.
Perform proofing and quality control checks on each job produced.
Process, comprehend, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
Be able to vinyl wrap (install) small in‑house projects.
Have multicam (cutter) file setup and operational knowledge.
Requirements for the Supervisor’s Role
At minimum two years’ experience in a supervisory role in large‑format production.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in the movement of materials through the manufacturing process.
Background in Onyx and Fiery RIP software.
Adobe Suite software knowledge required.
Must be able to use and read a standard tape measure.
Exceptional math skills & creative problem‑solving.
Report to work as scheduled to support business operations.
Ability to hand‑cut material with a cutting blade and ruler.
Occasional late‑night and/or weekend work.
Pay Range $28.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
