We are a friendly, patient-centred, andforward-thinking GP practice in Yate, South Gloucestershire, perfectly locatedjust 12 miles from both Bristol and Bath. Our list size is growing rapidlythanks to new housing developments in the area, and were now looking for anenthusiastic Salaried GP (5-6 sessions per week) to join our close-knit andsupportive team.

Main duties of the job YourRole
As a Salaried GP, you will enjoy abalanced working day comprising:
A mix of telephone consultations and face-to-faceappointments Follow‑up slots each day for review calls or patientupdates Allocated coffee/lunch breaks and protected admin time

Well‑managed on‑call sessions owing to our size BMA aligned contracts and clinical contacts Regular coffee breaks and strong peer support No GP triage system Allocated supervision time for AHPs Opportunity to develop a special interest Personalised patient lists for true continuity of care A supportive multi‑disciplinary team including:Physicians Associate, Paramedics, First Contact Physiotherapists, Nurses,HCAs, Mental Health Nurse, Social Prescriber, and Clinical Pharmacist Excellent administrative and nursing support Flexible working opportunities Encouragement and support for career progression orportfolio careers £11,575 per session per annum 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave per year
