As an Administration Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for both clients and staff, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service. Your role will include answering client inquiries, coordinating appointments, managing correspondence, and liaising with health professionals. Key Responsibilities: Handle client enquiries, both in-person and over the phone. Coordinate appointment bookings and manage visitor flow. Provide high-quality clerical support, including word processing, document preparation, and desktop publishing. Assist in maintaining efficient systems and processes for the hospital’s operations. Essential Skills & Experience: High level of computer proficiency, with experience in office administration and clerical support. Strong word processing and data entry skills.
