Regional Business Manager, Inside Sales - Urology Critical Care BD (Tissuemed Ltd)

is a leading global medical technology company dedicated to advancing health worldwide. This role is an opportunity to lead a high-performing inside sales team in the Urology Critical Care segment.

Job Summary The Regional Business Manager is responsible for leading a team of office-based sales employees who drive product sales to new and existing customers in the assigned region. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the RM will focus on sales revenue growth, coaching, associate development, and performance management.

Major Responsibilities

Achieve sales quota within assigned region through effective pipeline management and monthly forecasting.

Discover methods to increase customer engagement through a digital‑first strategy.

Identify and communicate significant trends or new strategic issues to senior leadership.

Encourage continuous operational excellence by challenging old methods and taking responsible risks.

Plan and monitor territory progress to exceed annual sales goals.

Provide technical product knowledge, competitive positioning, demonstration skills, and value selling training.

Deliver frequent verbal and written performance feedback aligned with business objectives.

Recruit, manage, and develop assigned inside sales team members.

Collaborate with internal and external groups to achieve business results and coach others in teamwork dynamics.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Available to travel up to 40% of the time.

Strong process, planning, forecasting, and negotiation skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Valid state‑issued driver’s license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and compliance with BD auto safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

3–6 years of healthcare experience.

2 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record.

Ideal candidates located in Chicago, IL (or surrounding area).
