Full‑time, Day shift (M-F 7:00‑5:30 p) – Hiring Range $42.00–$57.25 hourly

Position Summary Provides quality nursing care through the application of the nursing process using evidence‑based practice focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience within the framework of Shared Governance.
Primary Position Responsibilities
Facilitate and coordinate total care
Documentation of care
Maintain professional development
Education of patient and family
Patient advocate
Maintain patient safety
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. For graduates after July 2012, an Associate’s Degree or Diploma RN must provide proof of enrollment in a BSN program within 5 years of hire or RN internal promotion date.
Required Experience:
Three years clinical nursing experience.
Preferred Experience:
One year Surgical Coordinator experience.
Licensure/Certification:
Current NJ RN license and American Heart Association CPR certification. Preferred: specialized certification.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must pass annual clinical competency program and mandated in‑service education. Unit‑specific skills may include IV therapy, basic arrhythmia interpretation, vent training, critical care, conscious sedation, Bi‑PAP/CPAP and End‑Tidal CO₂. Skills assessed by challenge exam or skill performance/staff development course.
