As an IT Operations Technician with Epic Hosting, you will be part of the team’s central nervous system—monitoring the hosting infrastructure stack and responding swiftly to problems. You will employ investigative and troubleshooting skills across a variety of tools to identify and resolve both routine and complex network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation problems.
