Business Development Manager
to lead the charge in expanding its client base and deepening relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you’ll have direct impact on business growth and client engagement strategy. What you’ll do
Drive new client acquisition through established channels, including centers of influence (CPAs, trust attorneys, pension administrators) and the firm’s custodial referral program. Leverage your professional network and market expertise to identify and cultivate high-value opportunities. Partner with Advisors to manage and grow client relationships, provide investment strategy leadership, review portfolio allocations, and develop tailored financial plans. Act as a trusted advisor and firm representative, building long-term partnerships and reinforcing the firm’s reputation for excellence. Why this role is compelling
