We are seeking an

AI Governance and Enablement Manager

to spearhead the development, implementation and oversight of AI governance initiatives across the organization. This critical role will focus on establishing, maintaining and ensuring compliance with AI-related policies and standards, risk frameworks, exception management processes, governance workflows, inventories, risk assessment templates, and governance metrics. In this role, you will conduct responsible AI assessments and manage responses and associated risks from third-party AI risk vendor evaluations. This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US. How you\'ll make an impact

Governance Program and Risk Framework:

Design and operate an AI governance program including policies, standards, risk framework, assessment methodology, and exception management. Inventory Management:

Maintain a centralized inventory of approved and unapproved AI systems, models and use cases. Metrics and Reporting:

Define and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for AI governance; create dashboards and reports to communicate AI governance outcomes and risk insights to Gallagher’s Responsible AI Officers and AI Governance and Leadership Committees. Risk Assessment:

Conduct responsible AI assessments to ensure ethical and compliant AI use, working with required stakeholders to manage Gallagher’s associated risks; manage third-party AI risk assessments and vendor compliance questionnaires to ensure identified AI risks are appropriately managed prior to production approval. Testing and Monitoring:

Define testing frameworks to validate AI system performance, integrity, bias, observability, and monitor testing outcomes; oversee monitoring for inappropriate use of AI tools. Communication and Collaboration:

Collaborate with AI leaders, privacy, legal, compliance, third party risk and business units to align governance efforts; communicate governance policies and risk standards across the organization. About You

5+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in governance and risk management, preferably within a technology-driven and/or business consulting environment. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business settings. Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and manage multiple stakeholders. #LI-DK3 Compensation and benefits
