Based in our HQ in Zola Predosa (BO), we are looking for a
Tender/Sales Project Coordinator. Reporting to the VP Transfusion Medicine Division, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating tender processes at both national and international levels, integrating project management activities to ensure the planning, execution, and monitoring of tender/sales-related projects. The ideal candidate has solid experience in handling Italian and international tenders, with strong attention to detail, analytical skills and excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Monitor and identify tender opportunities both nationally and internationally. Analyze tender documentation to ensure compliance with the requirements. Coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Manage all administrative and technical documentation related to tenders. Support negotiation phases and post-award activities. Interact with public and private entities to ensure adherence to tender procedures and regulations. Maintain an up-to-date archive of tenders and achieved results. Analyzing tender results and put into a power BI scheme Develop strategies to improve the success rate of tenders. Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects related to tenders, managing resources, budgets, and timelines. Ensure effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Manage any issues that arise and implement project management solutions to ensure project goals are achieved. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Economics, Engineering, Law, or related fields. At least 3-5 years of experience in managing international tender processes. In-depth knowledge of Italian and European public and private procurement regulations. Excellent command of the English language (C1/C2 level); knowledge of Chinese will be considered a plus. Specific knowledge in project management (PMP certification or similar will be considered an advantage). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
