Job Details

This position is responsible for assisting with a variety of clerical and administrative duties, daily assignments, reports, and projects.

Essential Functions

  • Greets and directs visitors and patient if applicable
  • Monitors the status of assignments and projects for assigned Leadership.
  • Responsible for preparing meeting minutes.
  • Maintains appointment calendars.
  • Anticipates needs by gathering records, reports, correspondence, or other specific information and assists in preparation for meetings.
  • Answers and screens telephone calls. Returns telephone calls as needed.
  • Composes correspondence and distributes to the appropriate individuals.
  • Prepares various documents and handles confidential matters in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Assists with compiling financial, statistical data and reports as assigned.
  • Responsible for receiving, sorting and distributing mail. Receives packages and signs off on deliveries.
  • Coordinates travel as appropriate.
  • Special projects as necessary.
  • Fulfills other reception duties as assigned.

Education

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with C Suite leadership
