This role is more than knocking on doors. It’s where over 40% of our leaders began their careers. Backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, retail, or the military tend to thrive here, but we welcome anyone who’s positive, driven, and ready for a challenge. You'll receive paid training, earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses, and build real sales skills. Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Approach potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
• Clearly communicate and explain our products and services.
• Work closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
• Provide a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
• Maintain resilience and adaptability, handling rejection while being mindful and self‑aware.
• Previous experience in sales or canvassing is a plus but not required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to the office.
