Quality Control Inspector/CMM Programmer

Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector / CMM Programmer to join a dynamic team. This role ensures parts meet both internal and customer specifications through in-process and final inspections using manual methods and CMM technology.
Salary: $80,000 - $115,000/year
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspections using CMM and manual methods (surface plate)
Independently create and run CMM programs
Compare material certifications to drawing requirements
Develop and implement inspection plans for incoming and production parts
Document non-conformance reports (NCMR) and corrective actions (CA)
Qualifications
High School Diploma required
7+ years in quality control for mechanical inspection of machined parts
5+ years CMM programming experience
Strong knowledge of GD&T, mechanical inspection instruments, and blueprint reading
Proficient with surface plate technology, shop math, and MS Office
Experience with PC-DMIS preferred
Basic knowledge of AS9102 standards
Light physical exertion required
Lift/carry up to 50 lbs; frequent lifting under 10 lbs
