Collaborate with business and digital team members to understand requirements and guide effective ERP system utilization Design and implement solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA to enhance Plan to Deliver processes Support the creation of innovative solutions aligned with digital and business strategies Document common solutions, including configuration documents and process flows Mentor less experienced team members in the Plan to Deliver business process hierarchy What is Required (Qualifications):

University Degree with a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree U.S. citizenship is required Proficiency in SAP systems, especially in the Production Planning (PP) module Experience with Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning tools, and knowledge of demand planning and inventory optimization Expertise in Production Planning processes in manufacturing environments How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Over 12 years of experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP Familiarity with large, complex Aerospace & Defense enterprise projects Experience with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Equal-Opportunity Statement:
