Assistant Director of Student Engagement & Philanthropy The Assistant Director of Student Engagement and Philanthropy plays a vital role in fostering a culture of philanthropy among our students at Boise State University. Through meaningful student engagement, supporting scholarship recipients, philanthropic education and strategic cross-campus partnerships, this position cultivates early awareness and involvement in philanthropic efforts—laying the foundation for lifelong engagement and support. As part of the Boise State Foundation serving on the Alumni Relations team, this role directly supports the mission of the Boise State Alumni Association by developing future alumni leaders and strengthening the bridge between current students and the broader Bronco alumni community.

Starting salary range is $55,057.60 to $68,827.20 annually and is commensurate with experience.
