What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing adoption and overall success journey

Drive customer retention by understanding client goals and delivering tailored solutions

Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and product feedback sessions with clients

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth ticket resolution

Assist customers with contract negotiations, renewals, and service optimization

What is Required (Qualifications)

Previous experience working in a SaaS organization

Background in Account Management or Customer Success

Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of directly related experience

Working knowledge of the vacation rental or short-term rental industries

Demonstrated ability to work with executive-level clients and excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Project management experience in the hospitality industry

Passion for client service with a desire for continuous improvement

Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
