Project Manager IV Location:
Headquarters – Moon Township, PA

Hours of Work Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 Hrs/Wk - 5 days at 8 hrs, flexed between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of assigned commercial equipment projects from receipt of order through design, procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation and startup extending to warranty expiration.
Establish schedules and resource requirements; direct efforts and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget with zero defects.
Manage cost and revenue recognition, customer billings, and accounts receivable follow up.
Direct third party equipment fabrication shops when projects require sourced vessels.
Prepare fast-turnaround budgetary estimates for standard equipment; review RFP specifications and develop proposals/cost estimates for large equipment projects.
Review customer purchase orders/contracts, resolve scope, cost, and/or schedule issues or discrepancies.
Interface with Sales, Financial, and Customer Service to meet project objectives.
Communicate the required and abbreviated scope of work to all project participants; issue and maintain the Project Initiation Document(s).
Develop detailed project schedules with milestone dates and resource requirements.
Direct preparation of engineering drawings and technical specifications; ensure timely submittals to customers and fabricators.
Coordinate efforts across engineering, process engineering, purchasing, quality assurance, field service, production, and shipping/receiving to ensure scope and schedule compliance.
Issue purchase requisitions; complete goods receipt for proper cost and revenue recognition.
Establish and maintain project files; conduct periodic team meetings.
Direct preparation and issuance of customer documentation such as submittals and Operating and Maintenance Manuals.
Direct invoicing instructions to customer service; manage project close-out and acceptance documentation; resolve post-delivery warranty issues.
Travel to project sites to meet with customers or engineers and resolve problems within the project scope.
Track all project costs and ensure proper revenue recognition using SAP Project Systems; provide periodic status and cost reports and financial projections.
Identify and value asset base at project completion; maintain revenue forecast per ASC606 or % of completion.
Assist in the selling process prior to the sale; assemble and issue overall project cost estimates and proposals; review contract terms with Sales before finalizing contracts.
Participate with Sales in customer meetings and presentations as appropriate prior to the sale; ensure a fair procurement process.
Generate purchase requisitions and approve payments; monitor supplier adherence to specifications, schedule, and scope.
Travel to vendor/contractor locations to assess progress and expedite work as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from a four-year college or university (Engineering degree preferred).
2-3 years of Large equipment cost estimates & proposals experience is required.
5-7 years in a manufacturing environment is required.
7-10 years as a project manager is required.
GAC-related applications engineering experience is preferred.
