Snohomish, WA (231 Avenue D, Snohomish, WA 98290)
Salary Range:
$85,000 to $105,000 annually + production incentive + benefits.
Schedule Full‑time (30‑40 hours); flexible shifts.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding patient care in an outpatient setting.
Develop personalized care plans and collaborate with colleagues.
Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence.

Qualifications
Graduation from an ACP‑approved PT curriculum.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Physical Requirements
Mobility: move freely to assist patients and therapists.
Lifting: lift/carry equipment or patients up to 50 lb.
Standing: extended periods of standing and walking.
Manual dexterity for therapy tools.
Visual and auditory skills for patient communication.
Flexibility to adapt schedules and tasks.
