The Gig: Be Our Tech Rockstar We’re hunting for a Level 2 IT Engineer who’s a tech whiz, client charmer, and growth-hungry go-getter. You’ll crush IT challenges, delight clients, and help us scale by pitching solutions that win big. Expect a mix of desk work, client visits, mentoring, and deal‑making. If you’re driven to grow a company and make waves, this is your shot.

What You’ll Do (While Having a Blast)

Solve Tech Puzzles: Handle Level 1/2 support—networks (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs), servers (Windows Server, Active Directory), and end‑user issues (Windows, macOS). Master tools like PfSense, VMware, Hyper‑V.

Wow Clients: Visit sites, troubleshoot with a smile, and explain tech clearly to build trust.

Own the Cloud: Manage Office 365, Google Workspace, Azure, Entra ID—setup, security, and all.

Guard the Gates: Secure clients with email, endpoint, and firewall defenses.

Mentor & Document: Guide Tier 1/2 teammates and write clear docs to share your know‑how.

Sell Solutions: Pitch cloud migrations or cybersecurity upgrades for commission wins!

What We’re Looking For: A Tech Unicorn with Swagger Skills: 2‑3+ years in IT support, ideally Level 2 (MSP experience a bonus). Strong with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Google Workspace, VOIP, and security (email, firewalls like PfSense). Extra points for structured cabling experience, VMware, Hyper‑V, or 3CX VoIP.

Client Magic: You light up a room and make clients feel like VIPs. Explaining tech to non‑techies? You nail it. Pitching solutions? You’re a natural.

Problem‑Solving Mojo: You laugh in the face of tricky tickets and turn chaos into order with a smile.
