Ideagen is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead and evolve our global cloud operations across a diverse SaaS portfolio. This is a hands‑on leadership role within our Infrastructure & Operations team, focused on ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency in a 24/7 multi‑region environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily cloud operations including deployments, monitoring, incident response, and change management across AWS and other platforms.
Provide technical leadership for infrastructure projects, upgrades, and critical incidents.
Lead and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering growth and performance.
Collaborate with FinOps to manage cloud costs and implement optimisation strategies.
Support integration of newly acquired businesses into Ideagen’s infrastructure.
Drive observability initiatives through monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and audit requirements.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate escalations.
Lead capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts.
Promote continuous improvement through automation and best practices.
Skills & Experience
Experience managing multi‑region, multi‑vendor cloud environments in a SaaS context.
Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure, including IaaS and PaaS services.
Familiarity with databases such as MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud‑native options.
Proficiency in DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.).
Proven leadership experience in technical teams.
Agile working experience.
