Service Engineer (Electronics/ Semicon)

Job Description: In charge of providing after-sale service and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction. Responsible for performing installation, retrofit & upgrade, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for electronics assembly and inspection equipment. In charge of diagnose technical problem, determine the solution and assist customer in implementing the fix. Responsible for conducting on-site evaluation for electronics assembly and inspection equipment at customer sites. Responsible in supporting sales in technical support and application of products.
